Fabhotel Gmc Grand - Lucknow

The hotel was conveniently located close to the city center and public transport. The staff was very polite and helpful throughout our romantic escape. We were pleasantly surprised by the variety and quality of the breakfast options, especially the freshly squeezed orange juice and fluffy pancakes. the well-maintained swimming pool provided a refreshing break after a long day of sightseeing.

We were disappointed by the overall cleanliness of the hotel. The room was not properly cleaned, and we found a few cockroaches during our stay.

The hotel's location has potential with a quiet neighborhood, but the high cost didn't reflect the dirty and small rooms. the average food was overpriced and the staff tried their best but didn't have proper training. the polite and co-operative staff did not outweigh the poor quality room and lack of proper cleaning.
